📋 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on tecworldwide.lk and using the FutureTec platform, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

FutureTec provides:

• An online AI Selection Test for children aged 5–16.
• Multilingual audio lessons delivered via our web platform.
• Physical "Mega-Kit" study packs dispatched every 3 months.
• Bimonthly online Zoom camps and an annual physical Grand Camp.
• A prestigious "Certificate of Selection" for qualifying students.

3. Registration & Eligibility

• Students must be between 5 and 16 years old at the time of registration.
• Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Each student may only register once per exam cycle.
• FutureTec does NOT collect photographs or biometric data of any student.

4. Fees & Payment

• The Selection Test fee varies by region ($4.00–$7.00 USD) and must be paid before the exam begins.
• The 3-Month Mega-Kit subscription fee is determined by the student's age group and scholarship discount.
• All payments are processed through secure local payment channels (bKash, GCash, Touch 'n Go, etc.) or international card processing.
• Fees are non-refundable once the exam has been started.

5. Scholarship & Grading

• Scholarships (50%, 60%, or 70% discount) are awarded based on exam performance.
• FutureTec guarantees a minimum score of 50% for all participants, ensuring every child qualifies for at least the Bronze Scholarship.
• Scholarship decisions are final and determined by the automated grading system.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, audio lessons, exam questions, and visual materials are the intellectual property of FutureTec and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FutureTec is an educational platform and does not guarantee any specific academic outcomes. We are not liable for:

• Technical interruptions or server downtime beyond our control.
• Delays in Mega-Kit delivery caused by international shipping or customs.
• Any decisions made based on exam results or certificate issuance.

8. Termination

FutureTec reserves the right to terminate or suspend a student's account if:

• Fraudulent or misleading information is provided during registration.
• The platform is used for any purpose other than education.
• Any violation of these Terms of Service is detected.
